The one near Falkreath, to be exact. Basically, no npcs spawn, there is no floor so you kinda fall into a void, and exiting Skyrim does not fix.

Help?

I have noticed this problem in the DB Sanctuary and other locations as well. I usually just turn around and exit, come back in and let it reload and it fixes it temporarily. This happens every time I enter.
