I bought last week FNV and i download the last update (1.3 I believe) and the game works perfectly for now, o crashes and no big issues

My new pc has all the requeriments ok in order to play it whit the highest grafics (but it doesn′t work perfectly in high deail), so I put the medium grafics and I have a problem whit the npcs... .When they are walking and I am following them they move very very laggy like blinking and I don′t understand why :S.

I look in the internet for this issue and I see in Newvegasnexus a dll file that you put in the folder where nv is installed , but it still donesn′t work

What I can do?
