So I've been really exicted to finally get Skyrim on PC and I just went out today and bought it. When I started playing the game was super laggy. I looked it up and its actually a FPS issue, not lag. I bought my laptop for close to $2,000 in 2010. I can play Fallout 3 on high quality with no problem. I'm a little new to the PC gaming scene (mostly a console gamer but wanted to try out Skyrim on PC for the mods and graphics) so any help will be much appreciated. I don't think its a computer issue because my specs are pretty solid and I have an i7 processor. Specs:

Dell Studio XPS 1645
6 GB RAM
ATI mobility radeon hd 5730
i7 CPU Q 720 @1.6GHz
