I am starting a Finance and Accounting course soon and require a laptop.

1. I want to buy a laptop from Amazon. Is there any better place? Do you think PC World would offer better choices?

2. What kind of components should I be looking at? I will not play any games on the laptop and it will be used only for university work. This includes programs such as Office and Sage. Can you say how good RAM, CPU, etc. should be so I don't start to regret the purchase?
