I just finished Blind Sighted but when I took the Eyes of the Falmer the objective to sell them to Delvin did not come up. I tried going to Delvin anyway but there's no option to sell an Eye of the Falmer. I tried reloading to the part before I entered Mercer's location a couple of times but still can't sell an eye to Delvin. Is there any work around for this bug in the PS3???

Note: still not finished with Darkness Returns

Additional question: Is there really no hope to upgrade the highest version of the nightingale blade???
