Dear Bethesda and gaming community,

Well I had given up on this problem long ago but now I just really want to play skyrim really bad again.

I had this problem in one of those first updates, after one update my launchers (TESV.exe and SkyrimLauncher) were gone and I couldn't launch from the steam library (it says the game is currently unavialable try again another time).

So yes I've done the verify integrity and redownloaded the whole game, uninstalled whole steam and redownloaded all my games and so on and on and no fix what so ever. before that old update I played for a while, I was really looking forward to it as an Elder Scrolls fan I had pre ordered it and was acting like crazy at 11 11 11 (epic date btw). Anyway after a while of retrying I just gave up and have been a waste of that purchase :/

I really want to play skyrim and perhaps by trying these forums again someone up on Bethesda might check out if my problem is specific with steam or something.

Here are the things I notice:
- As the redownload is going on I see some different launchers but they disapear when the download is done (deleted somehow)
- With the old .exe's the game runs fine for some time but still, I feel that is illegal in someway and also I get no access to the cool comunity things (the workshop)

Anyway I just decided to get my hopes up and someday be able to play the amazing game of this generation normaly like anyone in the world should, I wish no one felt this pain

PS: just to make this clear once again I have tried:
Deleting the game and redownloading it
Verifying game's integrity
Cleaning up steam and redownloading
Using the old .exe (which worked with some other bugs but this "solution" is out of question: I want to play normaly for waht I've paid.)

You bought Skyrim through Steam? Best contacting Steam directly.

On a slightly related topic, Steam is rubbish, the workshop is messy. Want mods, Nexus. No auto-updating mods, among other better things.
