Alright ima newbie when it comes to TES. I admit that but ive read a lot of these threads on here I see people talking about Mages, battlemages, etc and I think I understand.

But I want to learn magic. Now I know when Somethig has INCREASE MAGIC it adds onto your magic.

Now I've tried to use magic. I've Tried to use stuff with magic regen but it don't seem like its going anywhere. I understand the perks on the trees adds to whatever you're trying to do but I could never pick up on it. I've started a new character and so far I've been a Warrior. But I would love to be able to blast someone across a field with lightning or a fireball etc and swing a sword if I don't want to do that.

I've only got 2 characters so far and I've used my first one from dec to about roughly 2 weeks ago I've got decent magic on Nox but like I said when I tried to use magic buit went nowhere... where would a person start when trying to learn magic?
