Ok so i am havin MAJOR issues with this fight. I am the type of person that sneaks around popping heads off. I get to him and i literally cant do anything, i just get knocked down by him and then killed by the 2 praetorian guards. Anyone have any tips?

edit:beat it, decided to try to shoot him with my sniper, got 2 crits on his face and he dropped

finish off the rest of the people and it will let you continue.

Armor piercing rounds are a must.

You don't have to engage him in conversation prior to your first shot. He just has to be visible. I stealth boy'd up, lined up a nice shot with my sniper rifle with AP rounds and popped one in his dome.

He was down to like 40% before any of his goons were anywhere near me.

Note: you have to let him speak with you, you can't just double tap him in the head before he ever initiates the conversation otherwise you're stuck.

After he blabs on a bit shouldn't take more than 2 more AP rounds in the skull to finish the job.
