Legion Assassins? Makin game unplayable

Post » Wed Mar 30, 2011 3:26 pm

So I'm currently level 11 in Fallout: New Vegas. I killed Mr. House and got Yes Man onto his network and I went to go complete a quest so I can continue with Yes Man, but when I wandered out into the Wasteland a group of 4 Legion assassins spawned and killed me. But now every time I enter the wasteland they spawn and kill me with no problem, I have no chance to fight back. So what I did was spawn at the Mojave Outpost and entered wasteland and led the assassins there but they just ran through the NCR and killed me.

What am I suppose to do? This makes the game absolutely impossible to play and continue on, since no matter where I go as soon as it's the wasteland I'm dead.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Thanks.

set the combat difficulty to very easy. or use a ballston or chems and such to make you a god. or do both at same time save before you do so tho in case you use more than you wanted to and wasted some

You can allways type tgm at the console comand and be a god XD that way you can kill them and then toggle god mode off again to play nice and fair.

I'll try that thanks.

If I finally kill them, will they still spawn everytime or is it once you kill them your free to roam again?

It's just really annoying as I'm level 11 and have good weapons and such but even with all that they lose like 1 bar of health each shot and not even 4 NCR's plus me could kill one of them.

Also would you happen to know what stores sell .308 ammo for the Hunting Rifle? That would be my best bet but I only have 4 bullets left and don't want to waste them

Thanks alot.

The Gun' Runners usually have a nice surplus of ammo, including .308 so that's my best bet. If you've already bought them out, try waiting a day or two then returning they should have restocked by then.

i would high tail it to a traveling salesmen with this entourage of mercs or a group of soldiers to help.

Or, you could hop up onto a car or something and snipe them slowly...ohh these are humans...not gouls or radscorps........nevermind :P

They are located right outside of freeside. They are the most expensive store but the best stuff. Also dodging enemies helps a lot. Being level 11 it is very hard to survive in the wasteland but its not impossible.
