I just got that item that is supposed to make legion members non-hostile and allow me to travel around their territory, and I'm on the mission where you have to go to the secret bunker under fortification hill, but first I have to get on the barge. But I can't because everyone around the area of the barge attacks me for no reason, i'm not wearing any disguise, i tell me companions to wait, there is nothing I can do and they always attack me for no reason, even the guy that is supposed to CONTINUE the damn quest!
