Less to hack?

It really seems like there are next to no computers to hack or are worth the hack, in FO3 you could hack a computer and reveal a huge armory, these computer hacks hardly seem worth the time, (that is when there actually is a computer) maybe I'm just not looking hard enough.

I would have to agree with the OP. I'm about 50 hours in, explored quite a few places, and so far have only hacked 1 terminal. Mind you, I haven't been actively checking them all, but there hasn't really been a need to like in it's predecessor. Also, upon checking, most terminals are either broken, or hacking not required.

I solved the challenge to hack 25 terminals, but it's not necessary for looting. On the other hand the science skill is now really helpfull in lot of quests.

Science is now a crafting skill as well....

Actually, if you think about it, lockpick should merge with repair or survival.....

I am lvl 24 and I have not hacked a single computer, and I have explored 80% of the locations.

You should increase your science skill to no more then 55. Most computers require a 50 science skill & if you ever come across 1 that is hard; just read a magazine.
