I started F:NV a couple hours ago and when I level up I only get to choose perks for even levels. If I remember right in F3 you could pick perks every level and new ones were given ever even level. Is this a glitch or just how the game is?

This is not a bug. Sorry but this is how the game is for everyone.

Hey I didn't know if it was a glitch or not and this is where I'm assuming people post what they might think is a glitch. I'm going through most of the glitches that people have been describing here as well.I just didn't say any of them because they already had posts by other people.

It happens. But it might be in the instruction booklet maybe ?
I assume they just changed it but it could be a glitch i suppose . It would not surpise me haha
