Leveled item rewards

Basically I'd like the gear level up to your character's level, If you get the Nightingale Armor set at lvl 1-18 it will be at its weakest potential, lvl 19-31 medium, lvl 31+ High level enchant. If you get it at level 18, then it would be nice to see it or any piece of armor in this manner to scale to the next level of enchanted power, same for lvl 31. So I will not have to wait till level 31 to finish the Theives guild quest, no complaints though this ensures I take my time.

I actually like the system they have going with quest rewards. If I had my way skyrims level scaling would be like oblivions, where all dungeons and enemies scaled and even simple bandits would have glass and daedric gear. But as far as quest reward scaling goes, I don't see any flaws in the system.

I have a plan to level my character to maximum level before I leave helgen cave by practicing on ralof. This way, as I play the game, every quest I do with quest rewards will automatically give me the highest leveled rewards. Also, this will add a fierce challenge to the game, since I will only have level 1 gear as soon as I leave the cave.

By the way, what level do items stop leveling? Isn't it 46?

I think that the current system is fine, I'll just do certain quests later on.

Also, why do you like Oblivion's leveling system better? I thought it was the only thing that brought the game down.

Having gear level up with you is just wrong. Part of the game is getting new loot to replace old loot. If you can just grab an item or three, and then use them forever because they keep increasing in power.... no, that would svck. (It was certainly boring with "heirloom" items in WoW - spending 70 levels with your character's armor and weapons looking the same was painfully boring. Plus, there was never the excitement of getting and using new loot.)

Of course, I've never really been bothered by the whole leveled loot thing. I'm always surprised when I see people talk about holding off on doing quests in OB so that they can get "best" stats.
