So there are a bunch of great guides for which perks you should get for which armor and weapons you want to use... but I was wondering if anybody knew of any guides for which attributes to select at level up?

There are only three to choose from but I'm finding it very difficult to choose each time I level up, looking back and how complex the leveling system was in morrowind where i had to write out and keep track of everything I had leveled up between character levels it seems kind of stupid that i'm so concerned over these three attributes, but any help would be greatly appreciated

Depends how much magic vs. weapons you use. What's your build and playstyle? Will you invest in enchantments?

Never go with Stamina. Go with either Magicka or Health. If you can't decide, go with Health.

IMHO.

There is no need for Stamina in combat, because there is Vegetable Soup.

One possible way to allocate attribute is to put everything into Health. If you put off magic until you have mastered enchanting, 100 magicka is sufficient for any situation, although it may be inconvenient or annoying sometimes.

I would favor Stamina over Magicka mainly for carrying weight (I don't use the Steed Stone). You can double enchant items so it's easy to have no cost spells without 'wasting' enchants. I wouldn't skimp on Health regardless of your class-less.

I was debating between thief or 2 handed warrior this time, I already played through as a mage, and tried to do a thief earlier but ended up basicly being a 1 handed warrior that sometimes used sneak
