I have a problem my character wont level I have 4598/200xp. and have waited hours with no enemy's around HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

when ever i get xp the xp counter is stuck just before it reaches the last mark

Jesus, that is a freaking bad glitch. The only thing I can tell is to report this glitch if you can.

We have to report every glitch so that they can release a patch that fix this horrors.

Hmm...Can't leave Goodsprings, can't play without getting stuck in floor, can't modify weapons, can't enter the Strip, can't do Come Fly with Me quest, can't load saved games, and can't level up? Next time around I'll just add an extra +1 year to release dates from these 2 (Beth/Obsidian). That seems to be around the time they release a retail version that is actually playable.

haha seriously this has to be the most bugged/glitched game to release on 360 to date

i played morrowind, oblivion and fallout 3 like crazy for literally years and rarely came accross any serious problems

I am having this exact same problem. Any help would be appreciated. I've even started several new games and have been unable to level any of them. I've completed the tutorial missions and everything, but it never advances my level and lets me choose my skills and so forth.

Well my first character I made was able to level up, I then beat the game and started a new game with hardvore enabled(never leveled up, I figured it was part of the whole "hardcoe" experience) got to final part of the final mission(got frustrated) and gave up and still level one with a total amount of XP being at 8672 out of 200. So, I made a new game and now I still have NOT leveled up and I am at Level 1 with 510 out of 200. The rest of the bugs don't "bug" me(no pun intended) but this one is absalutely indubitably the worst bug I ever came across.

I hear you. I deleted all of my other saves and cleared my system's cache and I was finally able to level up again on a new character. It svcks, because now I have to go through and redownload the patches for all of my games, but at least I can play New Vegas again. Unfortunately, clearing the cache and loading up an existing save didn't fix the problem. I had to start all over.

Ahh alrighty, only one saved game can level up apparently. Well that's good to know, thank you.
