hey all, so i play on ps3 and have been levelling a kind of crusader character for the dawngaurd (my main will be with the vampires) but i was wondering, does either faction contain levelled items and if so what are they and what level do you think is best to get to before i grab them, thanks =)

Everything you find in Skyrim/Dawnguard is scaled to your level. If you mean that the item's enchantments are locked and don't scale up with you, I don't think there are any items like that in Dawnguard. As far as I know it's just the nightingale stuff and one or two garbage "unique" items. Thank Talos. Scaled loot is bad enough, as is. At least most items will level with you, FFS.

I mean, I think you're okay for Dawnguard. As far as I know, all Dawnguard items will scale with you as you level. So, it doesn't matter at what level you get the item.

I don't like that a level 20-40 something will never be able to loot a dragonbone weapon. At every level, you know what loot you'll find. That's an awful design. So, if you only want to play Dawnguard if the best stuff is dropping, then you have to wait until a very high level. But you won't ruin the gear you're getting. Like I said, most stuff scales with you as you level (other than nightingale).
