Right, I've had this problem for weeks now I just haven't been able to register on the forum because it didnt sent the activation key to my mail.

What happens is that after the Battle for Fort Hraggstad, I just have the Liberate Haafingar part of Liberation of Skyrim and the quest marker tells me to go back to the Stormcloak camp and talk to Galmar. He just says good job and gives me some gold, but he dosen't give me the next part of the quest chain (Battle for Solitude), Whenever I talk to him I just have the standard questions.

So far I've tried going back 2-3 hours of gameplay to redo all of the fort sieges, I've tried to find a correct setstage console command and I've tried just about everything and nothing has worked so far.

Any help please..

Have the EXACT same problem. I have tried doing it many times and just can't fix it. I tried using the console codes I found on UESP, but the code setstage CWSiegeObj 1 did NOTHING.

Wow that svcks. I think the dialog option you want is "What's our next move?" or one similar. Lucky I just got past this point in the quest 2 nights ago without issue.

It doesn't show up. It's a terrible bug.

To me, I can see in dialog "what;s our next move?", i can press it, galmar will talk a bit, but nothing really changes. The arrow keeps above his head.

all i did was wait around a lil bit and after a while that text option showed up. maybe this helps you.

I have a problem in the quest before that one, where I have to return to Ulfric, and just like OP I have returned the quest and gotten the gold, he tells me the next objectives but the jounal does not update and nor do I get new objectives. Tried setstage in the console and tried to knock him to his knees but nothing seems to help. I′f anyone has a solution please post

Same problem here, my journal tells me to return to Ulfric but I've already completed that stage and he's given me my rewards and title.

Same problem here. I tried the attacking him until he falls answer, I tried the "wearing stormcloak uniform" answer, I went and finished several other quests, no help. I don't get a text option with speaking to him at all. Is there anyway to upload saved games for the devs to look at?
