I've noticed a strange issue happening even with no installed mods: if I move towards a source of light, such as a bracer, the light changes when I get near enough. It kind of gets dimmer and it is quite a nuisance, especially in cities where lights are a multitude.

Did anybody else notice this? Is it a known issue with a known solution (I searched with google but couldn't come up with anything)?
