Lights Turning OnOff...

I do not know what the CK is doing with the Lights - but in the Render Window some lights get a Red "Lamp" if i do not look directly at them - and they turn off.
In the Game - they also turn randomly on/off if i change the direction of my view.

This happens with "Original" Lights from Bethesda - and with newly created lights. It happens in Interior and Exterior Cells - but only in Cells that i edited -.-

Anyone got a Solution?

EDIT: This only happens with "Imnidirectional Shadow" lights - without shadow - they work... but.. it looks weird -.-

Yeah, I noticed that too. Thing is, only four lights casting shadows are visible at one time. It's mentioned in the Creation Kit Wiki in the Lights-Section stating:

"This type of light casts a sphere of light, just like a regular omni, but casts shadows. Shadow-casting lights can be identified by a purple axis, seen in Fig 8.1b.. Shadows generate additional polygons and only four can be visible at any given time, so be careful of how many of these you use. Too many shadow-casting lights will quickly cause performance problems and visual bugs."

Quite a letdown. I so wanted to make every light dynamic, at least in Breezehome.
