I'd like to know before I continue

The Wild Card quests and For The Republic. Can those be completed simultaneously? I don't want to risk ruining anything, so I'm at a standstill. I'd like to get the strip its independence without me ruling it. Additionally, how to the Caesar missions match up with these? I'd like to stay in good standing with the NCR..

I mean. What if I activate House's army, proceed to kill him and avoid talking to Yes Man; instead opting to go the NCR route? (I'm just covering all of my bases..)

You need For the Republic II to unlock some options for WildCard

I believe the wiki says you can choose between House/Independent and NCR/Legion separately. I dunno for sure though.
