Hey guys, hope your having as much fun as me in New Vegas! I noticed the new things added to the game and I just wanted to talk about them for a sec.

I Like:
The companion wheel (NICE!)
Add on's for your guns (scopes and stuff)
The fact you can repair armor and weapons with similar armor or weapon, not the identical A/W.
And the option of joining, ignoring or hating a faction


I Dislike:
The new amo features (I cant see myself ever wanting to make amo)
The campfire stuff (Im sure others enjoy this, I however am not gonna search all over to make healing powder or whatnot)
The Gouls are way stronger then fallout 3
Them small bugs that kill you one or two shots
MOST OF ALL, No back story on my player. Maybe Im just not far enough in the game. But I would love to know where Im from, where my family is, and so on. I feel like fallout 3 did an awesome job of that. I understand you cant really have a specific background because of all the options. But just a hint of family, or even an origin would be awesome early on.

Hmm not got the game yet, but as far as back story goes I've just assumed that you create your own back story, there going for more of a 'old school' RPG after all

You learn more of your back story as time goes on, and who you ask. At least thats what it seems to me with 15 hours in. I'm betting all of your backstory will be reveiled at or just before the main quests ending. (that way you'll know who to kill, lol.... :gun: :ahhh: )
