We all must still use the old TesV CS. I wish they would fix it.
Unfortunately for us, the program *isn't* broken.
Simply put, it's designed to work with another program that is purpose built to handle lip syncing. To make it work for us they would either have to reach a (prohibitively) expensive agreement with the company, or find the files for the old Elder Scrolls system and spend a few thousand programmer hours to get it to sync with the new Geck. Both are unreasonable options for Bethesda from a business standpoint.
