List the endings from good to evil

I thought this might spark an interesting debate among users if everyone was asked to list the four endings from what the consider to be the most "good" ending to the most "evil" ending.

Personally I have trouble listing House, NCR and Yes-man. Legion would definitely go on my list as the most "evil" simply because of their unjustifiable sixism and slavery, but it's a tough call among those three. NCR is definitely the most peaceful (as in it's possible to solve just about EVERY cross-faction issue with diplomacy), but not neccesarily the most good as the NCR proves to have many corrupt citizens in powerful positions. There are also several in-game communities who seem as though they'd be unhappy under NCR rule. Independent Vegas can also be rather peaceful, but anarchy carries just as many downsides as it does benefits, not to mention that it's arguably a very naive and negligent choice for a player to make, seeing as, in my opinion, both Mr.House and the NCR -at least- offer more good than bad, whereas anarchy opens up all kinds of risks and shuts out all kinds of opportunities. And as for Mr. House, perhaps his overall goals and visions could be considered the most good, but it's undeniable that some of the most good factions and communities in the game meet ill fates under his rule (Vault 21 is described as a truly equality-driven paradise before Mr.House fills it with cement, the Kings are likely to die out OR another innocent community will have to suffer at the hands of the Kings if they're to survive, the Followers and Gannon are unsatisfied with his control, and is it just me or does Cass' ending with Mr.House imply suicide?). Mr. House's ending seems to carry a sort of "The ends justify the means," which I'm not sure if I agree with it or if such a way of thinking could be considered good.

How about you?

The way I see it:

Mr. House - the most "good" ending because with Mr. House and his upgraded securitrons there would be a (hopefully) long aftermath where both CL and NCR will fallback to lick their wounds. Perhaps even entirely drop their fixation with "the dam". Things are far from perfect under Mr. House but at least there is some mixture of order and personal freedom.

Yes Man - Much like Mr. House but more anarchy. Perhaps in your mind you can imagine you (The Courier) taking measures to improve things. (All the in-game endings for Yes Man is pretty depressing though...)

NCR - If NCR wins CL would withdraw to the east - then they would be back with an even greater force as soon as possible. So all the war and destruction would just start all over again. Also under NCR rule people would get taxed and raiders would still be present.

CL - If CL wins NCR would do the same as CL. They'd come back with an even bigger army recruited from the west and it would all start again! Not to mention under CL rule there are no rights for women and people are essentially enslaved - but supposedly there wouldn't be any raiders and it would be quite secure.

Depends on your idea of 'Good'.

NCR- Spread of a disorganized democracy spread to thin, but has the best of intentions in it's goof ups.
Legion- Brutal enforcement of Law, but their lands are much safer for citizens.
Yes-Man- (No comment)
House- The spread of House's autocracy in the Vegas region, his voice is the strongest of the voices left in the Mojave, but his goal of restoring Vegas to Pre-War splendor. House is the best thing for Vegas. (The world? No, but he doesnt want the world, only Vegas.)
