I have NOT got the Falmer Eye yet, but I have the quest for it, and Delvin will not accept the "Bee in a Jar" from me. I got the Bee after other targets, as did not see it first go-round. The Jar didn't indicate I should give it to Delvin when it was picked up, and no query asking if he will buy it is available.

Do you have to get the Larceny items in a specific order? This is what I am suspecting, as access to the items are only through quests gained in a specific order. Unfortunately, they are not marked in any way as they are not the main TG quest targets, so forcing a specific order without markers makes it inherently unlikely that they can all be turned in, yet they remain resident as quest items, which is very bad design!

If they do not have to be turned in in any specific order, does just having the Falmer Eye *quest* block further collection?

EDIT: I did already turn in the decanter, puzzle cube, bust, and the ship model. Suspecting the map wil also be unresponsive now too, as the cube, bust, and ship were all "later" points.
