Hey all. Just a short question about Alchemy and Enchanting. I am currently lv33 and have little perks to spare with my current character. My question is, if I don't put any points into the perks of the previously mentioned skills, BUT get them both to 100 skill, will my potions and enchantments still come out better? I am thinking yes, but thought maybe it just increases the amount of potions or enchants I could do. I know they would not be as good as if I were to invest in the perks, but it would be at least better at 100 than 25, right?

Yes, but the perks for these two trees are what really make them shine. Essentially your chants will be about half to 1/4th as good as perking would be.
