Ok, I'm a 32 mage. I have done the MQ, mages guild and a TON of dungeons for words. I was wondering what could I do that would be a challenge? I didnt cheat or glitch. I dont have 100 on anything. I have like 80 enchanting and 90 destruction. But I kill everything easy. What would u guys recommend me do? I think the fighters/theives guild quests would be too easy?

Do you have it on Master? What difficulty setting do you have it on?

Solution: turn up the difficulty. Even with Expert you should see the difference, though personally I would recommend eventually getting to Master.

Exactly what happens when changing the difficulty setting? More HP/damage or higher level creatures? Is the character gimped in any way?

/minor threadjack, asking because it may be a few days before I can play again.

To the OP, start chasing down the shouts. The dungeons I've found so far have some decent enemies (and one very amusing sequence with a higly unlikeable NPC.)

Like I said, playing on adept. I have prolly 25 shout parts. Is there a fun quest line I could have missed?

Looks like you've got this posted in the Spoilers thread, so I'll go ahead and close this one.
