One more thing. Just today did I kill a rabbit with a bow, but it was at a very close range. I think I have never killed one at such a short range before.
It squealed.
This was the most terrible sound I have heard in this game. Hands down.
Poor wittle wabbit. I hope you killed what you ate! Uh i mean I hope you ate what you killed

A few more little things that make Skyrim awesome for me are-
The variety of buetiful emotionally stirring music. First time i heard some religious church like music in the snow capped mountains it gave me such a oneness with the game world as if suddenly i was in a spiritual retreat a sacred respite from the rest of the world.
All the little touches to combat like the stunned effect when hitting an enemy. How i can visually tell they are on deaths doorstep as they fall to one knee or fall down completely before i land the killing blow. How some beg for mercy while others surrender or runaway.
Being able to decapitate enemies by becoming a strong enough character in certain skills to earn the perk.
The much slower acttack speed of two handed weapons and their damage levels.
Acttacking an enemy and finding myself missing as they dodged my acttack and i end up crashing into a wall or nearly falling off a cliff. I havent missed so much and enjoyed it in all my life time ha ha.
Seeing the trap mechanism on chests and being able to disarm them.
Seeing burn marks on chests which had flaming traps on them.
Seeing fish jump about in streams.
How different cold places can look so different with some looking very cold and others looking bone chilling frost biting killing cold. Some cities that look icey cold i just get the shivers walking by their ship ports as if jumping into the freezing waters would give me an instant heart acttack.
How skeleton bones fly all over the place when i destroy a skeletal enemy.
Being able to collect skulls.
The shine of jewelry.
The ui inventory with its ability to get a closer look at items like jewelry. Being able to go in and out swiftly with the pressing of keys on the keyboard. Having individual keys with multiple functions.
Feeling as if i might be doing something wrong by taking something eventhough there is no steal tag on the item.
Coming across items like bags of gold hidden away in secluded spots as if put there by someone who was trying to hide it.
The variety of robes. Love how black robes come in different types from normal wear to magical or the creepy conjurer robes. The restoration robes one finds in the starter dungeon look great with their religious style and comfortable separate hood.
How certain animals come to ones aid in the wilderness. Of course this means i might be stuck with them following me around til i tell them to get lost dog!
The animations when doing certain crafting tasks like alchemy, smithing, chopping wood, mining, smelting, cooking etc. At last the thrill of visually seeing some smithing is back like the good ol days of stepping into a weapon shop and seeing a black smith hammering away in TES II Daggerfall.
Hearing some of the tavern music from TES II Daggerfall in TES V Skyrim.
