When I select continue or even load game from the main menu, my game won't load. It will sit on the loading screen for a good few minutes until I realize it's not going to load and I exit to dashboard. I managed to get around it by starting a new game and then loading my file from there. Really though, that should not be necessary. How does a base game function get messed up this bad, especially since it worked just fine for the first 116.37.24 of playtime?

I bought the Collector's edition of this game, and both DLC packs all on the day they released. I was considering not buying this DLC pack at launch because I knew there would be some issue with it because there always is. This is really unacceptable, you really need to get your act together on this sort of thing Bethesda/Obsidian.

At this point your reputation is for making a pretty fun game, then screwing it up pretty badly in some way, and not even acknowledging it. I mean this (http://kotaku.com/5800024/obsidian-is-sorry-that-fallout-new-vegas-was-so-buggy) was the closest I've seen to an apology for the junk the people who bought this game had to put up with, and it wasn't even completely Obsidian's fault; I remember plenty of problems in your Fallout 3 as well.

Im actually haveing this problem as well. itll just sit there with the loading screen not doing anthing, i figured out i can load other saves before hand and then jus load my newest save once in the game tho.
