Load Order...any easy way to do this?

It says to change the modify date of the files...but I've never, ever done this, have no clue how to do it.

It's not like it's an editable field! Or is it?

Nexus Mod Manager and Wrye Bash can change the date for you. No need to do it manually (although I think can you manually edit the date in Wrye Bash as well).
