Before in Fallout 3, on occasion if you opened a door thru lockpicking and transfer to a new some the camera would freeze in place momentarily. Now in new vegas it's even worse since the camera becomes permamently stuck if you load an autosave from that lockpicked door. My advice would be to save right after picking a door to ensure your camera doesn't get stuck.
