Anybody found this?
According to UESP it should be in Ironbind Barrow but I've just been through there with a fine toothcomb. Unless I'm missing the obvious (always possible) it doesn't seem to be there.

It's mounted on the back of the Throne. I almost missed it myself. Not sure if it still can be, but it could get shouted off the throne as well.
