Location thats impossible to get to near Burial Mounds.

Theres a really high up location thats near the Burial Mounds location and I can find no possible way to reach it. Anyone else happen to make it up there?

Suggeston:

Save, place c4, and try to see what's up there in the slow mo camera after you get launched into the air.
