Some people recently have been complaining of the "Loading Downloadable Content. Please Wait" screen locking-up, without it actually loading. Although this seems recent, I actually got this the second Dead Money was released back in December. I tried for weeks to find a solution, but no one else was having it (or, at least, no one was reporting it, as it was only a minority experiencing it).

So what's causing it? Basically, you will get this problem if you have more than four DLCs on your HDD at once. It's as simple as that. Having just four is fine, but the second you download a fifth, you'll get the problem. Right now, with there being six DLCs out, you have to choose between the four pre-order packs, Dead Money, and Honest Hearts.

Ultimately, it has been assured this will be fixed before Old War Blues. Here's hoping...

When is Old War Blues schechduled to come out.? And I'm really not holding my breath they will fix it. They probably consider it minor problems. Taking the pessimistic view here, but you can't help not to with the problems their patches cause.
