While in the lucky 38 has anyone had trouble with Victor not letting you use the elevator?

When I select Victor I get no box asking what floor I want.

I was on friendly terms with House, had the discussion w/ House regarding the chip, but hadn’t dealt w/ benny. Bots seemed friendly (green) on radar, but everyonce in awhile I’d hear them say something that made me believe they were in hostile mode but they were not attacking.

All my gear and companions were in the suite.

I killed Victor and made House hostile, but that gave me access to the elevator again and more importantly my weapons/companions.

Anyone else encounter this? I’m pissed I had to make House hostile cause I already did the Wild Card ending.
