im currently locked out of the strip and i dont know why, anyone have any ideas about whats going on? i have the passport and over 2000 caps anyone know whats happening??

You could either go to the monorail in Camp McCarran or go to the lonesome drifter and pickpocket the strip key thats on him.But once you take the monorail once the strip door will unlock for you.The lonesome drifter is next to a Sunset Sarsaparilla billboard near the El Dorado Dry Lake.
