Long Time Lurker with a question about block

Okay, so I'm going to start a sword and shield warrior for Dawnguard, and I'm gonna start early :biggrin:

So here's my question, does the 'Deflect Arrows' perk still max out the damage resist for block, or has it been patched?

Confirmation before I start wasting perks would be fantastic, so thanks in advance :biggrin:

Apparently it has been fixed in the patch 1.5, which is great news, so i can finally make my new character as well! Now the question is which race.....

Im thinking argonian, since they have that hist skin skill, and imagine their eyes if they turn into vampires in the dawnguard expansion! Super glowy lizard people eyes!

Haha, true, but I've always struggled to get over the tail just sticking out of my plate mail, always got to me :tongue:

How hard is to get the vampirism as an Argonian anyway, considering the 50% resistance to diseases?
