See I have two characters at the moment. Both are female and one is a vampire and the listener of the Dark Brotherhood and the other is the leader of the Thieves guild who only kills when she has no other choice.
So could you guys give me some kind of idea how I could justify doing the main quest? Because there is no way the leader of the Dark Brotherhood or Thieves Guild would just visit a jarl and suddenly agree to slay dragons.
So how did you guys solved this little detail?

Hmm... I normally follow questlines and after them I look for excuses for my Player.. Being Dragonborn could benefit both Guilds. Thieves Guild for more pull. Dark Brotherhood for the "blending" into normal society while still doing contracts.

The two others will start the main quest so that they can live in a world plagued by dragons.

That one is actually pretty good. But im still a master thief and not an honorable warrior who wants to defend the world. I find the the whole shout idea not perfectly executed. There are quite a few shouts which are helpful for a sneaky type character but the locations should have been different. The throw voice shout which is one of the most helpful for sneaky types is guarded by a dragon and a dragon priest. I mean come on. As a thief im trying to stay out of such fights.

They DB is past killing mortals and wants to kill immortals (dragons) the thieves guild one is in it for the money
