has anyone seen, or if possible, can anyone make a house mod similar to this one from Morrowind?

it was my favorite back then, and i would love one like it here in skyrim.

besides the large storage, many many mannequins, different decors// one of the thingss i lvoed most was that it didnt take up any land anywhere. it had no physical location, so it didnt mess with any default stuff.
