Here is what I'm trying to do, one of the things anyway.
The basic thing is something like taking a Wolf, and making the loot table be able to drop only 1 pelt from player level 1-19 but at lv. 20+ begin dropping 2 pelts. But when I add in a lv. 20 pelt into the table and then calculate my result based around lv. 20 player it still only drops that 1 pelt ( even though count is set to 2 ). Seems to never really drop the lv. 20 pelt for some reason.
Any ideas on what the issue may be?
