Hey guys, signed up after searching through the net for some answers/possible fixes for my issue if anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated

Basically I have worked hard on the Bortherhood and NCR reputations, getting them much above neutral, around liked, with the Brotherhood I think I was a quest or two off of Idolised. I was doing the Thorn missions and wanted to get some stuff repaired and noticed that at the Mojave Outpost I was neutral. I was absolutely 100% sure I have not done anything to affect my liked rating with the NCR, don't steal or anything. (Trying for perfect karma) So I go into my Pip Boy, in the general and look through all my reputations and half of them are gone. The NCR and Brotherhood (the ones I cared about) don't even show up. When speaking to a the repair guy at the outpost he gave me the usual intro when speaking to him so I don't think it has affected the dialogue options but I am concerned about the impact this could have on quests etc that need better than neutral reputation, anyone had this issue/any fixes?

So basically, people treat me as accepted reputation, the NCR or whoever don't show up in the reputation screen as if I had never met them, but says "Neutral" on the map

I am fully updated, on the new black 250GB xbox, installed, cannot reload an old save because I did not notice this until I seen the neutral, no "NCR infamy gained" or anything
