I lost all of my NCR reputation and related quests, including the ones already in progress and all Caesar's Legion reputation the moment I started New Vegas after downloading Honest Hearts.

While I can easily assume that this is something that will be patched, is it at all possible that said information can be recovered so that I will not have to restart again?
