I gave up my chip to a guard while heading back to cottonwood (sp?). I wasn't sure if I wanted to destroy Mr House's generator.

Now I re-entered Caesar's Fort and I cannot figure out how to get the chip back. Caesar won't talk to me until I complete the mission that I need the chip for... Please help
