K this just doesn't seem fair I restarted my game due to my first game glitching and my right stick would not work.... So I just found two skill books and wanted to wait till I got the comprehension perk and I check my inventory and all I find is my mags sigh I checked the place I found em no luck. Bug after f-ing bug
