Ok I stumbled upon Fallout 1 back in 98 and Fallout 2 soon after.Fallout Tactics was ok but didn't have the same feel for me. I was immediately excited when Beth announced Fallout 3 although a bit worried it would end up beeing Elder Scroll 3000. I was pleased with the end product. Being Fallouts first FPS like game I think they did a good job,the story was good,of course there were parts that could have used some improvements,however that is true with any story,be it game,book or movie. We will always find something we don't agree with,human nature. I'm going of track here,what i really want to see is Beth and gamesas just forget the Legal issues for awhile and create a Good all around Fun Game. after all,isn't that why you started to make Games in the first place?

Either way,I fell in love with the Fallout World because of 1&2. 3 and NV brought me back to that post-apocalyptic world I love and I would love to see it Continued. I understand everyone wants to get paid,but at what cost? Is it worth it to not follow up on a good idea because you can't decide who should get the bigger piece of pie?

Keep up the good work,that goes for both companies,and I hope you guys can come to some middle ground so we can get this show on the road...or online rather.
