So, this started happening right after I launched the rockets for the ghouls. There is this loud screeching noise ever few minutes now. Its soo loud that I can't ignore it anymore.
Is there a way to fix it?

There's not much left for me to explain, That's how it started. If you want me to record a small video of the screech, I will.

I think i experienced the same... Does it sound like a really loud dial up modem or fax machine? I had this happen also..twice. It scared the crap out of me! At first i thought it was part of the game.

No. I figured it had something to do with my soundcard. It only has happened twice and hasn't affected gameplay so i can deal.
