Louis Letrush: The Clone Wars : V

So I head into Whiterun on one of my visits to Breezehome to lighten up the load I'm carrying...it's about 3am, game time. I notice Louis Letrush, whom I recognize from a quest I did weeks ago. Thing is, there's about six of him...all just standing around. In fact, one of the clones was waist deep in earth.

A dragon attacks...we make short work of that. Off to the side, I notice some mage blasting a horse. Now, one of the reasons I came to Whiterun was to buy a horse until Shadowmere respawns (took a step in the wrong direction off a cliff) and there was only one horse left in the stable. I took aim and sent an arrow into the mage. The clones then started attacking me.

The mage is now dead, but the clones have begun an ongoing war with the guards. The guards continue to be relentless, but the clones simply don't die.

I'm on xbox, so no console.
Anyone got a fix?
