I've watched a playthrough of New Vegas's Dead Money DLC and was dissapointed about the ending in which the courier is trapped forever in the vault. Is it just me, or is this a terrible ending? Not only does it end the game for you, but it completely ruins the storyline set by the actual game. Who agrees with me?

No it doesn't, it's a punishment for not paying enough attention and just skipping through the terminal logs, he should of played the game better.

I like this punishment thing that Obsidian did.
Makes people rage cause "they" didn't pay attention to the terminal entry.

Anyway.

1. Go into the vault.
2. Read the terminal's first entry which was meant for Vera.
3. DON'T read the second entry meant for Dean.
4. Vault door opens.
5. Escape.
6. Did you learn to let go?

People never learn, look at the main quest.
Then the "why is my collar beeping, this svcks" thread. Then look at these.
Personally though I would like to have had an ending where I control the Madre. I mean there has to be a way to control it and unlockthe door, get all its systems working.
Damn if house ever grants me immortality for my services I know where my coffin/life support will be placed.

Yah I had that problem forever cause I read the Vera entry but I skipped through the one that belonged to sinclair or whatever. Then I finally didn't do that then I was like "wow I feel like a [censored]" lol.

I've learned to let go.. "But the gold!!!" (voice inside head). Let it go..

I'm still waiting for my exit out of the Mojave Outpost and everything goes to [censored] ending.

P.S. lrn2read - haven't used that in awhile.
