Where are the epic dragons and mobs in this game? I know dragons and other stuff can be tuff at lower lvls, but what about lvl 60+ characters? I want to run into a dragon that would almost make me have to get help to kill it. I should not be able to take on a Elder Dragon by myself untill about lvl 80+.

And yes im playing on hard mode. Besides this, I love this game :)

Try playen without enchants or magic, only smith as high as potions and skill will allow and use realistic stuff like steal or iron etc..... I've tried it and the game does get harder if you limit your-self in what you do( like potion loop, wearing fortify smith to add to potions and skill etc...)

The soft-cap for leveling is 50. Enemies stop leveling with you after that (though I've heard that Alduin might scale all the way to 81).

And once you level past 50 (past 40 on many characters), you're really just grinding skills you don't use so that you can hit the level cap. If that's your thing, go for it, but you really don't get much more powerful (just get more health, etc.) once you're that high up.

I envy you people who find this game "easy" on master level.

I find the default level challenging ... at least up to level 30 or so, and even then I get caught by surprise from time to time.

I could do all of the above, but I should'nt have to. Why not just make high lvl mobs that have resistance, high armor, lots of hp, special attacks, and so forth. These mobs could be random in certain areas or in high lvl dungeons. Look at D&D mobs, you can be a high lvl character loaded with cool stuff, but try taking on TIamat the dragon by yourself or one of the greater devils and see what happens to you.

If any of you have any of the older Monster manuals from D&D, take a hard look at some of the high lvl stuff. You will see what im talking about. Damn I wish D&D online would come out on the xbox :). I dont game anymore on my pc. I like the comfort of my couch with my 60" tv,

Dragons, except for Alduin cap at lvl46. Some other enemies cap at 54. Other than mobs that continue to level with you(there is a very few that do, and Giants cap at 32, Mammoths 38), 55 and onward you are a God.

Seeing as this is a solo game (and many people don't like playing with followers - one can only imagine the complaining some of these miserable people would be doing if we were essentially forced to use one) I think that it makes sense for it to be a challenge and no more, with the *option* for you to make it more difficult if you feel the need. Most people who aren't playing as overpowered characters (or perhaps warriors generally) don't find dragons at highest level difficulty to be too easy, therefore if you're one of the few who does of course it's on you to adapt your character to make it harder.

Honestly, I do find it irritating when people say "I think (this) is too (whatever)", somebody provides a way they can alter it to their preference, and then they say "but I don't want to do that, I shouldn't have to". Fix the problem if you think it's a problem.

Become a conjurer. Even Skuldafn was a piece of cake on master at level 40.

I have been all across the board! I've made 2 god char. 1 true nord hero and a commoner who had nothing but the close on his back and a single steal sword now I'm on a assassin/thief/ranger who only wears clothing and as of now the only one thats any fun anymore is my assassin cause I have limitted myself in what I perk, what I Lv up and what I wear. It's all about how you Rp and how you control your-self while Rp-ing, if you exploit certain aspects every time you end up at the same end with every char. a god. But if you think outside the box and try Rp-ing a commoner who has nothing then you would have put yourself in a scenario that you are not used to and in turn find that play through more challenging then Rp-ing a warrior tank who will become a god by Lv.30.
