Honest Hearts was a great addon but once you leave the area and return to the Mojave the weapons gotten there are pretty useless once you run out of ammo for them as there is really no way to reproduce the .45 ammo in the Mojave. It would have been nice if the caravan established a trader there but no such luck.

I do wonder though why there is an absence of 7.62 weapons and ammo in the game ...
