I married my housecarl in solitude at proudspire manor. She sleeps downstairs though, even though we are married. is there a way to get her to start sleeping up stairs so I can get the Lover's comfort buff? If not can I off her without getting a bounty and can i remary?

There seems to be a bug or something in Proudspire Manor. Spouses sleep not where they should.
Move to anotehr house if it really bothers you, not much to do before the CK comes out.
